Customer Support & Social Media Assistant

We are a women’s fashion brand based in Poland, focused on dresses. We are hiring a reliable and friendly assistant to help us manage customer support and social media tasks.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Responding to customer emails and social media DMs (messages are in Polish – you will use ChatGPT to translate to and from your language)
- Checking and replying to Instagram and >Facebook comments 3x/day (including ad posts)
- Planning and scheduling 3–5 Instagram posts per week
- Writing captions in English (we’ll help you translate them to Polish)
- Tracking common customer questions and updating our FAQ

You don’t need to speak Polish — we provide full tools, templates, and access to ChatGPT to help you translate and write replies.

We are looking for someone:
- Kind, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Comfortable using Asana, Google Docs, and Instagram
- With good written English
- Proactive, able to follow processes and improve them over time

We provide full training. This is a long-term, stable job with room to grow.
