nstagram Virtual Assistant – Canva, Reels, and Creative Strategy (Part-Time, Long-Term - Bonus available!)

I’m looking for a creative and reliable VA to help me produce beautiful, impactful Instagram content. This is a long-term role with bonuses and room to grow if it’s a great fit. Looking for someone to start ASAP.

Tasks:
Edit 5 reels per week (add captions, titles, audio)
Create 3 creative carousels per week using Canva
Design 5 branded reel covers that match my aesthetic
Do light hashtag + account research weekly
Use your knowledge of social media to give creative direction — for example, recommending what kind of clips or shots I should record to help the reel concept land
Suggest creative content ideas for lead generation
(Direction will be given on all the above during onboarding)

Bonuses:
$50 bonus (per client) for every 6-month client that signs up within the next 6 weeks
$200 bonus after 10 clients
Opportunity for more hours and negotiate pay once we’re working well together

You’ll be a great fit if:
You’re confident using Canva and a reel editing app (CapCut, InShot, or VN)
You love Instagram and know what makes content pop
You’re creative, detail-oriented, and communicative
You’re able to work independently and suggest strong ideas
You have experience in mindset, coaching, or wellness content (a bonus, not required)
