Customer Service Representative

In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand—engaging with customers over the phone, providing world-class support, and offering thoughtful, solutions-focused service for our luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule
- $550-$800 per month
- Earliest start 9:00 AM / latest end time 8:30 PM EST

Terms
- M-F, weekends off
- Permanent Remote
