Key Responsibilities
-Provide responsive, high-quality customer support via
-Manage schedules, billing, and inquiries through Salesforce.
-Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams.
-Escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
-3+ years in customer service (voice support preferred)
-Fluent in Mandarin and English
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills-
-Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
-Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in team environments
Nice to Have
-Experience in fast-paced support roles
-Knowledge of K–12 education or after-school programs
-Familiarity with billing systems
-Experience with remote/offshore collaboration
-Passion for positive team culture
