Lead Finder for Marketing Agency (Full-Time, Long-Term)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring dedicated Lead Scraper VAs to help our agency identify businesses online so our sales team can reach out and sign clients. You'll be given tools, training, and SOPs to find qualified leads at scale using:

Google Maps
Apollo
Smart Scout
Social media + directories
Other tools we provide

This is NOT a sales job — you are just collecting data and filling out a clean spreadsheet / CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scrape 300–400 business leads per day

Use tools like Google Maps & Surround Scout

Enter lead data into our provided spreadsheet or CRM

Tag leads by niche, location, revenue bracket, and other filters

Meet daily/weekly lead quotas

Communicate with team lead for feedback and improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience scraping leads (Google Maps, Apollo, other tools)

Fast internet and a reliable computer

Strong attention to detail (we check every list)

Able to hit strict daily quotas and stay consistent

Familiar with spreadsheets (Google Sheets)

Bonus: Experience in agency, B2B, or lead generation niches
