JOB OVERVIEW

We’re urgently hiring a Full-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our fast-growing U.S. law and virtual staffing team! If you're creative, strategic, and social-savvy—this might be your perfect fit. Read on!

About the Company
We are a dynamic group of three companies:
Ethen Ostroff Law – A Pennsylvania law firm dedicated to helping the injured and vulnerable.
Turn Key Ops – Experts in virtual staffing, supporting business growth.
Attorney Assistant – Virtual assistant services designed for law firms.
In this role, you’ll support all three, making an impact across legal and business sectors—remotely.

About the Role
This isn’t your typical social media role. We’re looking for a senior-level pro who lives for content strategy, knows how to stop the scroll, and can deliver from day one. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing, collaborate across the team, and help drive bold, engaging campaigns.

Everything you craft will be polished in clean U.S. English and built to perform. If you’re a creative thinker with sharp instincts, a strategic mindset, and the hustle to keep up in a fast-moving, results-driven team—we’re excited to meet you.

NOTE: Applicants are required to submit a cover letter and a social media marketing portfolio showcasing successful campaigns—ideally within the legal, staffing, or virtual assistant sectors. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop eye-catching, high-converting content (posts, reels, graphics, videos) customized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Brand Management: Maintain consistent voice, style, and branding across all platforms.

Social Media Strategy: Create and execute monthly calendars, promotions, and campaigns tailored to business goals.
Community Management: Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner to build community and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, growth, CTRs, conversions), provide monthly insights, and make strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments (legal, staffing, admin) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign performance.

Content Portfolio Management: Maintain and showcase a growing, diverse portfolio of successful campaigns and assets.

Core Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of experience with U.S.-based clients in a social media or content-focused role.
-Strong background in content creation (short-form video, visual design, caption writing).
-Professional experience in the legal industry is highly preferred.
-Experience managing social media through tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar is highly preferred
-Strong command of analytics tools: Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics.
-Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-platform content strategies.
-Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro preferred).
-High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
-Candidates must demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, a polished professional tone, and familiarity with U.S.-style content.
-Background in SEO, email marketing, or paid ads.

Nice If You Have:
Experience in the U.S. staffing and law firm industries is highly preferred.
At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a deep understanding of remote work dynamics and the ability to seamlessly integrate into digital workflows, effectively functioning in a plug-and-play manner
Technical Requirements (Device):
Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
Headset (preferably with a noise-canceling microphone)
Fast/Stable Internet Connection (at least 10 Mbps)
Available to work long-term within U.S. business hours
