**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a full-time VIDEO ASSISTANT & YOUTUBE CLIP FINDER + SCENE INSERTER to help us create high-converting 2-minute video ads.
You will not be doing full editing. Your job is to find and insert **realistic and relevant video clips** that match the story and voiceover we provide in a video editor tool (Kapwing for example)

You must be able to understand the emotional flow of a direct response video and match it with the right visuals – especially believable people and atmospheric situations.

This is not a motion graphics role. We work with real footage, and storytelling is everything.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Read and understand the provided script and voiceover
* Think like a storyteller and identify what each part of the video should show
* Search YouTube or similar platforms for realistic, believable clips
* Match clips with parts of the voiceover (by content and emotion)
* Insert and trim clips at the right ---------- nts so they match the voiceover
* Deliver completed project drafts based on the provided voice and structure
* You are not expected to be creative from scratch – we give clear voice and script structure. You just need to find good matching clips.

**REQUIREMENTS**

* Strong understanding of visual storytelling
* Ability to work independently and make creative decisions
* Fast and focused online researcher (especially for YouTube content)
* Strong English comprehension (spoken and written)
* Attention to detail and consistency
* Fast internet and modern computer setup
* Reliable and on time – every day - no errands during work hours

**POSITION DETAILS**

* Full-Time: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
* Salary: $550/month base + performance bonus
* Long-term position for the right candidate
* All voiceovers and subtitles are provided in advance
