Instagram Outreach Assistant for Music Producer (Lead Finder + Compliment Writer)

Description:
Hi! I’m a music producer looking to grow my business by connecting with more independent artists on Instagram. I need a reliable virtual assistant to help me find ideal artists, write short compliments about their posts, and track everything in a spreadsheet. You will NOT need to access my Instagram account—this is strictly research-based.

Responsibilities:

Find 100–150 qualified leads per day on Instagram (using hashtags and similar artist pages)
Write 1–2 sentence compliments on songs, reels, or posts
Log all info in a Google Sheet (handle, name, compliment, post link, etc.)
Track who gets followed and who follows back (based on my updates)
Update status of DMs sent (I handle messaging)
Requirements:

Strong written English (must sound casual, sincere, and creative)
Familiarity with Instagram
Detail-oriented and organized
Bonus if you love music or understand indie/R&B/pop artist spaces
Hours: Part-time (~2 hrs/day to start)

Rate: $3–$6/hour depending on experience
