Systems VA – Notion + Content Ops for Travel Brand (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We’re hiring a Systems VA to help finalize and manage the backend of a fast-growing travel content brand.

Our brand is Underground Travels—a faceless travel media account on Instagram and TikTok, launching with a complete monetization system and product roadmap. The foundation is built—we need your help to organize it, clean it up, and scale it.

What You’ll Do:
Finish and polish our Notion-based dashboard for VAs and content
Organize AI prompt libraries, content systems, and weekly task boards
Upload & track Reels, captions, carousels, and publish schedules
Suggest and build systems that future VAs can follow
Maintain backend clarity so our content team can execute fast

You MUST be confident with:
Notion (databases, templates, dashboards)
Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, folder systems)
Canva
ChatGPT
Slack and Loom for async updates

Hours & Pay:
Trial period: 14 days at 10–15 hours/week
Pay: $3.50–$4.50/hour (based on experience)
Pay via Payoneer, Wise, or PayPal (weekly)
Long-term contract available after trial
