About the Role
I run a print-on-demand Etsy shop that offers custom t-shirts. Every order is personalized, so attention to detail, follow-through, and communication are absolutely essential.

What I’m Hiring For
Excellent Communication
This is a remote role. If something’s unclear, I expect you to ask. If something goes wrong, I expect honesty—not silence.
Motivation to Learn
I’ll train the right person. You bring curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to take feedback seriously.
Work Ethic & Honesty
I expect my team to show up, meet expectations, and take ownership of their work.
Design Tool Experience (Required)
You must already know how to create visual layouts or custom graphics using at least one tool. Canva is okay—Photoshop or Illustrator is even better.

Creating t-shirt designs
Writing product titles and tags for Etsy listings
Responding to customer service messages
Updating progress daily and learning new tools over time
Working on your own schedule, as long as communication and deadlines are strong
