About us: Motif Studio is a marketing agency that specializes in custom Ecommerce website and B2B websites for a variety of industries.

What we're looking for: Website Project Manager
Alternative titles: Web Producer, Digital Project Manager, or Website Operations Lead

Who you are: You’re sharp, scrappy, and obsessive about details — you notice when a button has a 32 px border radius and not a 48 one.
Extreme attention to detail and isn’t scared of spreadsheets
Is familiar with UX/UI
Has enough tech understanding to communicate effectively with developers
Deep familiarity with Shopify
Deep familiarity with Wordpress and Webflow
Familiarity with design platforms like Figma, Illustrator. Photoshop and XD
Loves spreadsheets, punchlists, and QA testing
Can handle both ecomm complexity (filters, variants, PDPs) and brand site nuance (animations, layouts, CMS logic).
This is not an aesthetically creative job

Soft skills:
Good at keeping projects on track with timelines
Can handle client pressure
Communicates clearly with clients and developers
Curious about new UX trends and willing to learn and expand your skillset

What you’ll do:
Track every single task and deliverable across Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress sites.
Manage the dev with clear briefs, bug tickets, and timeline accountability.
QA the heck out of every page before it hits your inbox or the client’s eyes.
Create clarity — both for you and for clients.
Manage client expectations and keep them updated
