Media Designer (Remote, Core Hours 10 AM–3 PM EST)
Salary: $800/month

What You’ll Do (Top Priorities)

Static + Motion Ads
Design on-brand Facebook/Instagram carousel cards, banners, and social graphics.
Edit & animate short videos (product demos, testimonials, motion graphics).

Real-Time Collaboration
Overlap with our 11 AM–3 PM EST “golden window” on Slack/ClickUp.
Sync with marketing leads, copywriters, and account teams for rapid feedback.

Asset Adaptation & QA
Resize, reformat, and export A/B-test variants to platform specs.
Ensure technical accuracy (dimensions, bitrates, formats) before launch.


Bonus Points
Experience with advanced motion in After Effects.
Familiarity with Figma.
Prior use of ClickUp, Asana, or Trello for file/version management.

You Bring
3+ years designing for paid-social or digital campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Strong communicator—comfortable in Slack threads and ClickUp comments.
Excellent time-management: juggling multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
