YouTube Shorts & TikTok Editor for Faceless Credit Content (Ongoing)

I'm looking for a fast, reliable video editor to help me create faceless viral-style short videos in the credit and funding niche. These will be 30–60 second videos using voiceover + B-roll + subtitles.

This is NOT creative storytelling. I will provide:

A reference example

Visual guidelines (fonts, pacing, vibe)

You will:

Edit clips to match the script timing
