Cold Email Outreach Specialist – Appointment Setter for B2B Campaigns

I’m looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented cold email outreach specialist to help run outbound email campaigns targeting chiropractors (and other local business niches). Your role is to make calls, send emails, monitor responses, and book qualified appointments directly into my calendar.

This is a performance-focused role where you will help me generate discovery calls with business owners. You must be fluent in English (spoken and written), organized, and proactive in managing inboxes and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
• Make calls to prospective cold leads
• Send cold email campaigns using a tool like Smartlead, Instantly, or manually (I’ll provide access)
• Personalize first lines (light) where needed, or use provided templates
• Monitor replies and respond based on lead interest level
• Identify and qualify positive replies (e.g., asking for more info, pricing, or a meeting)
• Book appointments directly into my calendar (Calendly or similar)
• Keep an organized record of outreach, replies, and status
• Provide daily updates on outreach and booking activity

Requirements:
• Proven experience with cold calling, emailing or appointment setting
• Strong written English
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Calendars)
• Familiarity with cold outreach tools (Smartlead, Instantly, Mailshake, etc.) is a plus
• Highly responsive and communicative
• Detail-oriented with clean formatting and structured reporting
