lifecycle of product registrations, renewals, and reporting for fertilizers, soil amendments, pest ---------- , and animal

they operate.

Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Brand Maven Consulting, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio
of clients while driving their regulatory compliance projects forward from initial onboarding through ongoing
maintenance. This is not a traditional account management role – you will be the central project driver who
coordinates between technical specialists, regulatory agencies, and client stakeholders to ensure timely
completion of all compliance activities.

You'll be responsible for orchestrating the entire client journey, ensuring that our internal teams deliver high-quality regulatory services while maintaining excellent client relationships. This position requires exceptional
project management skills, strong client communication abilities, and a talent for cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
• Participate in discovery and qualification calls, contributing specialized regulatory knowledge to
proposal development
• Lead formal client kickoff meetings and establish clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
• Implement a structured communication cadence with clients based on project phase and complexity
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns and questions

Project Management & Process Leadership
• Drive regulatory compliance projects forward by coordinating activities across multiple departments
• Monitor submission timelines, regulatory deadlines, and team progress, proactively addressing potential
delays
• Implement rigorous follow-up protocols with state regulatory agencies to track submission status
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in CRM and client shared folders
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Regulatory Affairs Managers, Coordinator Team, and

Accounting
Initial Registration Management
• Coordinate document collection, label audits, and regulatory submission preparation
• Oversee state submission processes and implement structured follow-up protocols (60/90/120-day
cadence)
• Monitor approval documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
• Facilitate transition from initial registration to ongoing maintenance

Reporting & Renewals Oversight
• Proactively identify upcoming registration expirations and reporting deadlines
• Drive sales data collection and verification processes with clients
Monitor submission quality, completeness, and timely filing
• Ensure proper documentation of all regulatory filings and approvals

Performance & Quality Management
• Monitor and maintain high standards for submission timeliness and accuracy
• Track client satisfaction and retention metrics
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base
• Develop risk management strategies for complex registrations
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience using CRM systems and project management tools
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving projects to completion

Preferred Qualifications (Plus but not required)
• Experience in agricultural products, regulatory compliance, or related industries
• Knowledge of state regulatory requirements for agricultural products
• Familiarity with product registration, labeling requirements, or compliance reporting
• Experience in a consulting environment or professional services firm
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
