Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Manager to join our real estate investing/wholesaling team. This critical role serves as the frontline communicator with property sellers and plays a key role in the sales pipeline by properly qualifying leads, building meaningful rapport, and categorizing seller motivation. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless and empathetic experience that nurtures trust and ultimately moves leads through our sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification: Make initial and follow-up calls to inbound and outbound leads. Assess motivation, property condition, timeline to sell, and price expectations to determine the quality and category of the lead.
2. Rapport Building: Connect with sellers on a personal level. Listen actively, empathize with their situation, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
3. Lead Management: Categorize and assign leads based on their "temperature" (hot, warm, cold) and specific needs. Maintain accurate and detailed notes in CRM.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate wholesaling/investing, call center lead management, or a similar sales-based role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Conversational, yet professional, with the ability to diffuse tension and build trust quickly.
Empathy & Active Listening: A deep understanding of emotional intelligence in conversations with sellers who may be in distressing situations.
Organized & Tech-Savvy: Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Podio, REI BlackBook, Salesforce) and general computer proficiency.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to track, follow up, and document interactions meticulously.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Knowledge of the real estate wholesale process, including assignment contracts and seller pain points.
Familiarity with tools like JustCall, BatchLeads, etc.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
