KEAP Automation Specialist (CRM & AI Workflow Expert)

ABOUT US:

Our agency is a fast-growing automation and AI strategy firm specializing in helping service-based businesses automate their lead generation, appointment booking, and follow-up processes using KEAP and advanced AI tools.

We’re looking for a systems-minded KEAP expert to help us build internal agency automations and deploy high-converting client campaigns.

The role will grow to include building similar systems for our clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW
:
As our KEAP Automation Specialist, you'll take ownership of:

Building and optimizing internal sales & fulfillment automations (for the agency)

Deploying client-specific funnels (lead capture ? booking ? follow-up ? review/upsell)

Integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Recraft, Odin) into email flows and CRM logic

Creating campaign blueprints, tagging systems, and performance dashboards

Supporting outreach campaigns with email/SMS sequences and tagging triggers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up and manage contact tagging, segmentation, and CRM workflows

Build automation sequences in KEAP’s Campaign Builder

Implement appointment booking logic with email/SMS reminders

Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, chatbots, AI content tools)

Create SOPs and reusable automation templates for client delivery

Troubleshoot and improve funnel performance

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years experience with KEAP (Infusionsoft or Pro/Max Classic)

Proven track record of building complex automation sequences

Comfortable working with campaign logic, triggers, tags, and pipelines

Experience integrating CRMs with AI or automation tools (bonus if you've used ChatGPT, Twilio, or Zapier)

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable taking ownership

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

Have worked with agencies or medical service businesses (dentists, physiotherapists, med clinics)

Understand outbound email tools like Instantly

Can create SOPs or train junior team members on KEAP

TIME COMMITMENT:

Part-time to start (15–20 hours/week), with potential to grow into full-time
