Daily cash management (cash flow monitoring and management)

Review, evaluation and booking of settlement of Accounts Payables

Review, evaluation and booking of Accounts Receivables (application of payments)

Ensures proper, complete and time closing of books on a monthly basis

Ensures adherence to prescribed Accounting Standards applicable to Banks

Financial Review, Reporting and Analysis

Ensures accurate, timely preparation and submission of monthly Financial Statements

Ensures accurate, timely preparation and submission of monthly internal Management Reports and Schedules

Ensures comprehensive reporting of Financial Statements, levels and updates during ManComm meetings

Annual report and other financial reports being required by top management

Compliance to Regulatory Bodies and Agencies and liaise with representatives as needed

BSP – Reportorial requirements

BIR - Tax payments/remittances, books of accounts, LOA, etc.

SEC- Regular & Annual SEC requirements for Financing companies

Compliance to the requirements of External Financial Audit, Risk based Audit (BSP), Tax Audit (LOA) and Internal Auditors

Ensures compliance to the requirements of auditors during audits

Supports auditors and enjoins subordinates to provide cooperation during audits activities

Leads the development and achievement of the department’s performance

Performs other tasks that may be assigned by executives/top management

Proficient and can perform BSP reportorial requirements
