Remote Sales Closer for Australian Video Editing Agency (Commission Only)

We’re EditSprint, a fast-growing Australian video editing agency that helps coaches, creators, and entrepreneurs get high-performing short-form videos done for them—fast. We’re currently looking for a fluent English-speaking Sales Closer based in the Philippines to join our team.

THE ROLE:

Attend pre-booked demo calls via Zoom (no cold calling)

Build rapport, guide the conversation, and match clients to the right plan

Confidently explain how our editing service works (script + FAQ provided)

Close the sale and issue the payment link

Follow up via email or WhatsApp if needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Excellent English (both verbal and written)

Prior experience closing high-ticket services ($500+)

Comfortable talking with Australian clients (must understand tone and culture)

Confident, professional Zoom presence

Familiar with TikTok, Reels, or short-form content (bonus but not required)

Detail-oriented, self-driven, and trustworthy

EXPECTED EARNINGS:
With 3–5 qualified demo calls per week and a realistic 25–40% close rate, you can expect to earn:

$300–$700 USD/week$1,200–$2,800 USD/month (uncapped commissions)

HOURS:

Flexible hours, but must be available during Australian business hours (AEST)

Fully remote (work-from-home)

Long-term opportunity with room to grow as the company scales
