JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based law firm seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Paralegal to assist with legal research, drafting, and administrative support. Our firm regularly represents clients before U.S. government agencies. For the right candidate, this is a long-term position to grow with a small firm that specializes in a specific area of law. This is a part-time position.

What You'll Do:
- Draft and review legal documents, regulatory filings, and client correspondence
- Review and edit contracts
- Conduct legal and factual research using online tools and government databases
- Organize case files and maintain accurate internal records
- Assist with reviewing and preparing forms for U.S. government agencies
- Manage document collection and review materials from clients

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with using Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours (or overlap for at least 4 hours daily)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or for a government agency (any jurisdiction)
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory filings or legal procedures
- Prior experience supporting attorneys
