JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Reputation & Marketing Coordinator to help manage the digital presence and online reputation of our multifamily properties. This role will be responsible for handling Google reviews, marketing content across platforms like ---------- , Zillow, and Google Business, as well as supporting SEO, tenant communication, and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Reputation Management:
• Monitor and respond professionally to all Google, Yelp, and ---------- reviews
• Flag, dispute, and escalate false or abusive reviews to platform support
• Assist with campaigns to generate positive Google reviews from real tenants
• Maintain a log of active reviews and resolution status

Digital Listings & Marketing:
• Update Google Business, ---------- , Zillow, and other profiles with professional descriptions, updated photos, and branding
• Coordinate or source photography and listing visuals to enhance presentation
• Write and maintain engaging, SEO-optimized property descriptions and amenities lists

SEO & Website Support:
• Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) for the company website and individual property pages
• Identify and implement keywords to improve search visibility
• Work with web developers (if needed) to implement updates

Tenant Communication & Admin Support:
• Assist in replying to tenant emails regarding online listings, reviews, or maintenance-related topics
• Create a daily checklist or summary of tasks completed
• Prepare and maintain templates for review requests or reputation campaigns

Social Media:
• Help manage and post to Instagram and other social platforms
• Develop content themes, coordinate basic graphics, and schedule posts to promote leasing, events, or positive updates

Qualifications:
• Experience in property management, digital marketing, or customer service
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Business, ---------- , and Zillow is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media strategy
• Organized, responsive, and proactive with follow-through
