virtual Marketing Assistant- Google Ads & Social Media

AC Esthetics & Wellness, a results-driven skincare clinic specializing in corrective skin care is seeking a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help us scale our online presence, attract new clients, and grow our brand. This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, and passionate about marketing in the beauty, wellness, or skincare space.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a self-motivated marketing assistant who can confidently run Google Ad campaigns, create engaging social media content, and manage our day-to-day social media strategy. You’ll be working closely with the CEO to support growth and visibility, focusing on lead generation and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads & Paid Marketing

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display)
Conduct keyword research, manage budgets, and reduce cost-per-click
Analyze ad performance and provide monthly reports
Social Media Content Creation

Design and edit reels, carousels, graphics, and story templates
Write captions that are clear, educational, on-brand, and results-focused
Repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Social Media Management

Schedule posts weekly via scheduling tools (Later, Meta, Planoly, etc.)
Monitor engagement (DMs, comments, polls)

Track insights and performance metrics monthly
Stay up-to-date with skincare, wellness, and beauty trends

What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Google Ads for service-based or local businesses
Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
Ability to write compelling, on-brand copy
Organized and reliable with excellent time management
Knowledge of skincare or beauty industry is a plus
Able to take initiative and meet weekly deadlines independently

Position Details:
Remote / Virtual
10–15 hours per week to start (may grow)
$8 – $15/hr per hour or flat monthly rate depending on experience
Flexible schedule, deliverables-based expectations
