Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and drive lead generation for our exterior home improvement/roofing company and roll-off dumpster rental service. This role focuses on strategic content creation, ad development, consistent multi-platform posting, and direct lead input into our CRM (Go High Level). Your mission is to attract qualified leads daily and maintain high levels of brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & CRM Management
Develop and execute content strategies specifically aimed at generating quality leads.


Input new leads daily into Go High Level (GHL) CRM from social media DMs, comments, form submissions, and marketplace inquiries.


Track source of each lead and categorize for remarketing and sales follow-up
Ensure follow-ups, tags, and workflows are properly assigned in the CRM.
Ad Creation & Promotion
Create engaging social media ads for our roofing and dumpster rental services, tailored for each platform.


Develop ad copy, graphics, and short-form videos that drive clicks, calls, and form submissions.


Launch and monitor paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other platform-specific ad tools.


Optimize campaigns weekly based on performance data and conversion metrics.


Content Creation & Posting
Design and publish a minimum of 5 posts per day per platform across:


Instagram, Facebook (including Messenger), TikTok, Threads, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube


Marketplaces: Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo


Produce diverse content including:


Before-and-after transformations


Customer testimonials


Short-form videos/reels


Job site highlights


Service promotions


Use Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to design visually engaging graphics.


Community Engagement & Lead Capture
Respond to all DMs, tags, comments, and inquiries within 24 hours, focusing on converting conversations into leads.


Engage with local audiences through posts, stories, comments, and live videos.


Prioritize interactions that support brand trust and drive direct calls or message inquiries.


Scheduling & Platform Management
Use Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and in-app tools to schedule content and maintain posting consistency.


Ensure all published content is formatted correctly and free of errors.


Actively manage and update Marketplace listings to generate leads from Craigslist, OfferUp, and Letgo.


Analytics & Optimization
Monitor daily KPIs: reach, engagement, leads generated, ad performance, and CRM conversions.


Provide weekly performance summaries with actionable steps to improve lead flow and ROI.


Stay current on trends in home services, roofing, waste management, and digital ads to maintain competitive presence.


Security & SOP Adherence
Use LastPass, AnyDesk, or similar tools to manage account security and access controls.


Regularly audit platform access and ensure compliance with internal social media SOPs.


Follow consistent naming, posting, and file management practices for efficiency and scale.



Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience managing social media with a focus on lead generation.


Strong understanding of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, X (Twitter), YouTube.


Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, and Letgo for service promotion.


Ability to post at least 5 times daily on each platform with tailored content.


Skilled in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for content creation.


Experience creating and managing social media ads with high ROI.


Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL)!!

Strong copywriting, communication, and conversion-focused messaging skills.


Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
