Google LSA Specialist

We are a boutique digital marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia. We specialise in Meta and Google eCommerce and expanding into Google Local Services Ads.

We’re looking for an experienced and certified Google LSA and Search Campaign specialist to join our team. This is a long-term role with excellent growth opportunities. You will start on a flexible hourly rate per account, moving to a fortnightly retainer once managing 3+ accounts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Latest Google Certifications in Google Local Services Ads & Google Search Advertising
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running successful LSA campaigns for service-based businesses
• Able to provide evidence of past performance and client success
• Strong understanding of lead gen strategy, bidding, service area targeting, Google Guarantee setup, and account structure
• Highly reliable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a growing agency team

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and manage Google LSA campaigns for Australian clients
• Optimize for lead quality, not just volume
• Collaborate with our internal copywriters and client account managers
• Provide transparent reporting on cost-per-lead and lead outcomes
• Help shape our LSA offering as we scale

COMPENSATION & TERMS

• Starting on hourly rate per account (commensurate with experience & qualifications)
• Transition to fortnightly retainer once managing 3+ accounts
• Fully remote, flexible hours
