JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-paced real estate media production company servicing the Southeast. We specialize in producing high-quality photos, videos, and marketing materials for real estate professionals. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to handle Quality Control (QC) for our photo and video deliveries. Previous experience in real estate editing & admin assistance is a requirement for this position. If not, please do not apply. Key Responsibilities:
Video/Photo Quality Control (QC):

Review all videos & communicate with editors on any revisions that need to be made. Revisions include but are not limited to:
Visual Cleanliness

Shaky clips not stabilized
Blurry or soft-focus shots included
Overexposed or underexposed clips
White balance off (e.g., overly warm/cool tone)
Sequence & Flow

Missing establishing shots (e.g., exterior, entry)
Room order inconsistent (jumping around layout)
Duplicate shots used unintentionally
Cuts feel abrupt or rushed (not smooth transitions)
Drone shots not bookending the video properly
Branding & Info Accuracy

Wrong agent logo or outdated branding
Incorrect listing address or spelling errors
Agent contact info missing or incorrect
Intro/outro branding not consistent with company template
Call-to-action not included or improperly placed
Content Consistency

Music vibe doesn’t match property (e.g., too intense for a beach home)
Missing key room or feature (check against shoot notes or order form)
Lifestyle or B-roll clips feel out of place or reused from other listings
Walkthrough doesn’t match logical home layout (exterior > interior > backyard)
Title cards/timestamps not centered or properly timed

Review all images post-Auto HDR processing.
Perform basic photo edits:
Remove unwanted objects from images.
Fix issues such as color bleeding and poor exposure.
Ensure image quality meets company standards before delivery.
Identify and fix any editing mistakes, missing shots, or technical errors.
Communicate directly with photo editors to request revisions with clear instructions (often using annotated visuals).
Photo Review Checklist:

Confirm all ordered photos are included.
Cross-check photo selection with the order form.
Investigate discrepancies:
Check Dropbox uploads.
Confirm whether editors, photographers, or upload timing are the cause.
Determine if photos were missed or not taken.
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers (e.g., Dawn) to reschedule shoots if necessary.
Notify clients promptly of any issues or delays.
Amenity Management:

Check amenity requests per order.
Upload images from our existing library.
Verify that the photographer captured requested amenities.
Schedule reshoots through Dawn if amenities are missing.
Update agents via email or text.
Sorting & Organization:

Organize images by room/house layout.
Remove duplicates and broken links (common on Aryeo).
Upload fixed or relinked images as needed.
Special Requests:

Coordinate Virtual Twilight and Virtual Staging:
Confirm with clients which images to apply effects to.
Identify room types when not specified.
Manage Property Line Requests:
Locate agent-provided references.
Create mock-ups if none are provided (Zillow, Google Maps, etc.).
Send references to editors and review final deliverables.
Floor Plans & 3D Tours:

Download from Cubicasa/Zillow and upload to Spiro.
Monitor processing times and follow up if delayed.
Copy/paste 3D tour links into final listings.
Troubleshoot floor plan processing issues with photographers or customer support.
Event & Headshot Management:

Send Dropbox links to external Fiverr editors.
Negotiate pricing.
Handle delivery and upload processes to ensure smooth turnaround.
Video Quality Control:
Video Scheduling & Workflow:

Update Google Calendar daily with shoot schedule and editor assignments.
Communicate any changes or special instructions to editors promptly.
Branding Oversight:

Ensure correct branding/logo is added to all videos.
Provide logos to editors or apply them yourself (especially for clients like Jay Real Estate).
3D Mapping & Labeling (FPV Videos):

Coordinate with clients regarding label requests (5–10 labels/video).
Communicate mapping requests clearly to editors.
Delivery & Revisions:

Confirm all videos are uploaded to Dropbox and shared properly.
Follow up when editors fail to deliver on time or use alternate delivery methods.
Manage video revisions:
Either provide clear notes/timecodes or make edits yourself ( ---------- integration expected soon).
Qualifications:
Required:
At least 1 year of photo editing experience (Photoshop or similar).
Familiarity with real estate photography/editing standards.
Strong eye for detail and quality.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience with Dropbox, Google Drive, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Aryeo, ---------- , Cubicasa, and Auto HDR platforms.
Basic video editing skills (not required, but a plus).
Previous experience in real estate or media production.
