Assisting owner of a bakery to complete a variety of tasks such as: replying to customer emails & messages (on website, email, Square & social media) , admin assist with onboarding new staff, update ingredient costs software, receive wholesale orders & enter in order sheet for baking & packaging team, reply to wholesale customer emails, reply to business reviews, engage w/customers and accounts on social media, update websites, update documents, making invoices in Quickbooks, make price tags. Taking customer phone calls if possible.
