Real Estate Vacant Land MLS Lead Specialist

We are looking for someone with experience in vacant land (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND)

Part time gig... 3 days a week, alternating every other day to start, 6-8 hours a day, and shift times are flexible.


Duties:
- Searching the MLS and various other avenues for for on market leads
- Comping and analyzing properties
- Filling out and processing new leads in CRM
- Familiar with ChatGPT

*BONUS for added pay = If you have sales experience and can call these leads and negotiate deals.
