Real Estate Tech Integrator – Automation, CRM, AI Bots & Web Systems

We are two fast-growing, U.S.-based companies — Real Deal Home Solutions ( ---------- ) and Focused Aerial Real Estate Photography ( ---------- ) — looking to hire a long-term tech integrator.

This is NOT a short-term gig. We are looking for someone who can own and manage all technology systems across both companies, including:

???? What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain and upgrade AI bots (ChatGPT prompts, REIReply bots, and other integrations)

Handle GoHighLevel / REIReply automations, workflows, triggers, lead pipelines

Build and manage webpages, funnels, Typeforms, embedded booking links

Ensure domain & DNS security: DMARC, DKIM, SPF records, SSL certs, Cloudflare

Manage email deliverability: inboxing, warming, bounce cleanup, reputation

Set up and monitor webhooks, automations across multiple apps (Zapier, Make, GHL API)

Basic graphic editing and branding polish for landing pages and forms

Maintain WordPress and other CMS for ---------- and ----------

???? Must-Have Experience:
Deep working knowledge of GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, workflows, automations)

Hands-on experience with AI automation, prompt engineering, and bot tools

Working with Twilio, SendGrid, SMTPs, email DNS security, and deliverability tuning

Can work inside WordPress, Carrd, ClickFunnels, or GHL Sites

HTML/CSS/JS basics, especially for tweaking web assets

Can diagnose technical issues, audit systems, and fix automations

Experience in real estate tech, CRMs, or investor lead flows

Knows how to use REIReply / REBA AI / LeadsByAI

Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security best practices
