Hi there!

We’re a fast-growing international media agency looking for an experienced Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team.

If you love organizing content, posting on different platforms, and know how to make things run smoothly – this job is for you!

? Your Responsibilities:
• Post daily content (Reels, Images, Stories) on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and more
• Follow a weekly content calendar and checklist
• Write simple captions in English (no copywriting – just clear & clean!)
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Metricool, Publer, or similar
• Track basic engagement metrics and report weekly
• Communicate with our team via Slack and Notion

?? Requirements:
• ? Proven experience as a Social Media VA (please include past work or references)
• ? Fluent in written English
• ? Reliable internet and a modern laptop/PC
• ? Detail-oriented and super organized
• ? Available for full-time work (8 hrs/day)
• ? Able to follow SOPs and ask questions when unclear
• Bonus: Experience with content creators
• Bonus: Additional Phones ready to use (will be paid extra)
