Virtual Assistant (Content + Funnel + Lead Gen) for Real Estate Coaching Business

Description:
I’m a real estate investor and coach with a fast-growing online coaching offer. I’ve already closed $7,500 coaching clients and need a proactive, tech-savvy VA to help me scale to 5 clients per month.

You’ll work directly with me to manage content, build basic funnels, follow up with leads, and schedule sales calls. This is not a beginner role — I want someone with initiative who can think, take action, and help me grow this business.

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage and update landing pages (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Send and follow up on DMs with warm leads (using scripts)
• Track lead status and appointment booking in CRM
• Monitor basic Facebook/IG ads and report on performance
• Write and schedule 2–3 marketing emails per week
• Create weekly content calendar using my assets

Required Skills:
• Familiar with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or other funnel tools
• Understand basic lead generation strategies (organic + paid)
• Excellent written English and response time
• Able to work 15–40 hrs/week (can grow into full-time)

Bonus (not required):
• Real estate knowledge or experience
• Experience working with coaches, consultants, or course creators
• Knows how to run simple Facebook or YouTube ads

Starting Pay:
$6–$9/hr depending on experience. Raises + bonuses for performance.
