Be proficient in Kaseya VSA and have ability to set monitoring, escalate alerts, schedule batch jobs for remediation. Be responsive in creating/modifying alarms and alerts in VSA as needed. Know Windows command line commands to create remediation scripts as necessary.
To be a superstar you have to follow up and follow through items/alerts. We can teach you tech stuff but not the skills to follow through and hammer jobs to completion.
Other systems knowledge that will help in this position, Autotask, ITGlue, Powershell.
