Your Responsibilities:
Outbound
Send targeted cold
HubSpot CRM Management:
This is non-negotiable. You need to be fluent in HubSpot. That means bulk editing lead statuses, managing contact records, labeling current customers, and keeping data clean, structured, and actionable.
Pipeline & Calendar Coordination:
Book appointments for the CEO and sales team. Ensure follow-ups are timely, meetings are tracked, and everything flows seamlessly.
Light Admin Support:
Occasionally help with task reminders, inbox filtering, or small projects—but your core focus is on outbound prospecting and CRM accuracy.
What You Bring:
Expert-level experience in HubSpot CRM
Confident English communicator (written + spoken)
Strong attention to detail and system-driven thinking
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
Punctual, reliable, and thrives during U.S. business hours
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with the trucking or recruiting industry
Previous success in B2B outbound campaigns
Knowledge of contact segmentation and lead scoring
