## The Role
We're seeking a proactive Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll orchestrate project workflows, lead daily standups, and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives—all while using Microsoft Planner as your command center.

## What You'll Do

### **Lead Project Excellence**
- Transform strategic discussions with our co-founder into actionable project plans in Microsoft Planner
- Orchestrate workflows across multiple campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Run focused 15-minute daily standups that keep teams aligned and ---------- ntum high
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks before they impact deadlines

### **Build & Maintain Systems**
- Create and refine SOPs that scale our operations
- Train tea ---------- mbers on tools, processes, and best practices
- Develop training materials that empower team growth
- Ensure knowledge management through Microsoft Teams/SharePoint integration

### **Execute Marketing Initiatives**
- **CRM Management**: Configure automations and optimize customer data workflows
- **Content Creation**: Craft compelling copy for campaigns and social media
- **Design**: Create eye-catching visuals using Canva
- **Automation**: Build and troubleshoot email sequences and lead nurturing flows
- **Social Media**: Schedule content and monitor engagement across platforms

### **Support Leadership**
- Provide executive assistance to the co-founder including calendar management
- Prepare data-driven project status reports
- Handle correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of leadership

## What You Bring

### **Required**
- 2+ years project management experience (marketing agency preferred)
- Microsoft Planner expertise and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Canva design skills and social media management experience
- Strong copywriting abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

### **Preferred**
- SEO expertise with tools like SEMRush or Ahrefs
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM)
- Digital marketing certifications
- Agile/Scru ---------- thodology experience
- Case study writing experience
