Instagram Reels & Podcast Editor, with Repurposing Content Skills

For a new online business, a personal brand in a specific niche, with expectation of consistent social media presence; at least 12 reels per week. Ability to edit according to brand standards (which we'll develop together) and with your creative input. I value your creative ideas if they help me succeed. Podcast will also launch and would require editing as well (video, audio & snips for Instagram). I'd like to repurpose content, so skills in this regard are advantageous. If you have experience with Pinterest & Social Media Ads, eventually would like to get there too. Wanting to learn & grow with the brand; additional required education provided for (to be discussed). Very good English skills.
