The Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Shopify developer to join our technical support team. In this role, you’ll handle technical support tickets, fix bugs, perform theme upgrade services and customization services for customers, and contribute to new feature development. You’ll work with our collaborative team who know our product well and are committed to delivering an outstanding user experience.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs related to theme code, custom scripts, or third-party app conflicts
Solve technical support tickets with professionalism and clarity
Perform theme upgrade services and customization services for customers
Contribute to the development and implementation of new theme features
Write and debug code using JavaScript, Liquid, HTML, and CSS
Communicate effectively with both customers and our internal team
Explain technical issues in a way that’s easy for non-developers to understand
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
Experience developing in the Shopify ecosystem
Ability to clearly explain dev concepts to non-technical users
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable and detail-oriented, with a stable and reliable internet connection
A collaborative, self-motivated attitude with strong time management skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Shopify performance and speed optimization
Familiarity with third-party Shopify apps and how they interact with themes
