Part-time Virtual Assistant

Position: Part-time Virtual Assistant
Hours: ~12 hours/week (Monday–Saturday)
Location: Remote
Company: Netherlands-based e-commerce business

We are a growing company based in the Netherlands, and we're looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can support our daily operations and grow with us long term.
This is a part-time role (approx. 2 hours/day, 6 days a week), perfect for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and looking for consistent work with room for future growth.

Your Main Responsibilities
???? Customer Support (1 hour/day)

Respond to customer inquiries via email.
You’ll receive a personal email account through our Google Workspace.
We expect a minimum of one customer service check-in per day (more if needed).
Training and a clear guideline document will be provided.


???? Listing Ads (1 hour/day on average)

Publish ads on ---------- and Facebook (Meta).
Some days you might not need to publish anything, while on others you could handle 5+ campaigns.
Estimated time: approx. 6 hours per week.
You must have a personal Facebook and ---------- account so we can link you to our business accounts.

Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
Around 2 hours per day
No work on Sundays

Requirements
? Good written English communication skills
? Access to a stable internet connection
? Responsive and reliable communication
? Personal ---------- and Facebook accounts (required for ad access)
? Willingness to learn and follow clear instructions
? Availability for long-term collaboration
? Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a **plus**, but not required – we can teach you if you're eager to learn.
