Retail Arbitrage Virtual Assistant (Canada Market)

We are seeking an experienced Retail Arbitrage Virtual Assistant (10-15 hours/week) to support our Amazon FBA and online arbitrage business in the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in product sourcing, listing optimization, and inventory management, with proficiency in key Amazon seller tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing & Listing Management:
• Conduct product research using Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, and SellerAmp (SAS) to identify profitable opportunities.
• Create and optimize Amazon product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.
• Assist with category and brand ungating to expand product selection.
• Generating Leads of high velocity sales ASINs on a daily basis with the link to the stores and wholesalers websites.

Pricing & Inventory Control:
• Perform manual and automated repricing using tools like RevSeller.
• Monitor sales velocity, BSR drops, and Keepa price history to adjust pricing strategies.
• Track inventory levels, restock timelines, and FBA shipments using Sellerboard, ScanUnlimited, and ASINZen.
Wholesale & Compliance:
• Assist with wholesale account applications and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor IP alerts and complaints to ensure compliance and avoid suspensions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
• 1+ years of Amazon FBA, retail arbitrage, or e-commerce experience (Canadian market preferred).
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), RevSeller, and ASINZen.
• Experience with inventory tracking (Google Sheets/Excel, Sellerboard, ScanUnlimited).
• Familiarity with repricing strategies and listing optimization.
Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented & highly organized – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong time management – meets deadlines without constant supervision.
• Self-motivated & reliable – takes initiative and communicates clearly.
• Being available- for weekly calls and share update and daily sharing of lead list.
Hours & Compensation:
• 10-15 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
• Flexible hours – we accommodate your schedule.
• $5/hour (could be raised based on performance).
