Virtual Assistant - Social Media Marketing

I'm an affiliate marketer running my own business and looking for a Virtual Assistant who is skilled in Social Media Marketing, and can help me grow my aligned Instagram audience and gently support outreach and respond to leads. No cold messaging. No pushy tactics. This is about connection, care, and consistency.

Key tasks:
• Searching hashtags and engaging with aligned accounts
• Saving content and helping influence the Instagram algorithm
• Commenting in a warm, human way (tone of voice guidance provided)
• Tracking follower growth and light interactions
• Helping prep soft outreach
• Finding suitable new Instagram connections (not yet following me) to begin light, intentional conversations with
• Later: supporting lead nurturing and basic tracking

You are a good fit if:
• You understand social media, especially Instagram
• You’re intuitive, discreet, and warm in your communication
• You enjoy supporting female-led businesses
• You’re reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• You have strong written English
• Bonus if you’re familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or wellness/affiliate spaces

Starting with 5–6 hours/week, with flexibility. Pay based on experience—please share your expected rate in your application. Hours can grow if it’s a great fit.
