JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand based in Germany, looking for a remote customer support assistant to handle all incoming customer emails. You will follow a clear script and use translation and AI tools to generate replies in German.

This role is ideal for Filipino freelancers with excellent English reading comprehension and a willingness to work with structured processes.

Your Tasks:
• Read and understand incoming customer emails (in German – with translation help)
• Select the correct response from our response script or slightly adjust it using AI
• Use tools (e.g. DeepL, ChatGPT) to ensure the final response is grammatically correct and native-sounding in German
• Send the finalized response through our email support system
• Escalate any complex or unclear cases to the internal team

Requirements:
• Very good understanding of written English
• Experience with customer service or back-office tasks is a plus
• Structured and reliable work ethic
• Good tech skills (ability to work with browser tools, Gmail, translation apps, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and follow clear processes
• No German language skills required, but helpful if available
• Quiet working environment and stable internet connection
