As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented office admin who can support daily operations and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service and Scheduling:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by managing appointment bookings, responding to inquiries via email and chat, and providing timely updates on service schedules or changes. A friendly, customer-first approach is essential, as this role helps ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients from first contact through project completion.

2. Document and Database Management:
Maintain accurate job records, organize customer data, and ensure all contracts, photos, and communications are filed correctly and accessible. This function supports efficiency, compliance, and smooth team collaboration.

3. Social Media and Marketing Assistance:
Assist in managing BLC Roofing’s online presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping coordinate promotional campaigns. Your efforts will support brand visibility and lead generation through active social media outreach.

4. Data Entry and Report Generation:
Regularly input job, customer, and financial data into tracking systems and help generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as this role involves working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis to support informed decision-making.

5. Email Management and Correspondence:
Handle incoming emails by categorizing, responding to basic queries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers. A professional, courteous tone and the ability to prioritize communication is key.

6. Estimate and Work Order Creation:
Work directly with sales representatives to create accurate estimates and work orders based on project details, photos, and inspection notes. Ensure all information is clearly documented and ready for client presentation or production.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a construction or service-based environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, formulas, and formatting)
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital file management tools
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
