Matching script

This is a script that uses mail chimp API, and cpanel on a Wordpress website using justhost.com as the hosting provider. Need to build a script that identifies common criteria between two applicants. Applicants select a few things they are looking for in a match then the program looks through existing member database to see if any matches exist.
