Description:
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Virtual Assistant to support our serviced accommodation business, BookMyPlace, which manages 25 modern short-term rental properties in Manchester, UK.

This is a long-term, part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. You'll be responsible for helping us manage daily guest communications, booking tasks, and cleaning coordination — freeing up time so we can scale the business.

???? Responsibilities
???? Respond to guest inquiries and messages via Airbnb, Booking.com, and internal systems
???? Handle urgent guest issues and calls in a calm, professional manner
???? Manage calendars, availability, and messaging using Hostaway
???? Use Charge Automation for guest onboarding, ID checks, and pre-arrival forms
???? Coordinate daily cleaning schedules through Breezeway
? Communicate with cleaners to confirm job completion and adjust for early check-ins/late checkouts
???? Escalate maintenance issues or guest concerns when needed
????? Ensure all properties are guest-ready and cleaned on time each day

? Requirements
???? Excellent written and spoken English
???? Experience with Hostaway, Charge Automation, and Breezeway (or similar tools)
???? Confident handling phone-based guest support
???? Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
???? Tech-savvy and organised
? Available during UK hours, including some evenings and weekends

? Nice to Have
???? Knowledge of the UK short-let rental market
???? Experience managing remote cleaning or maintenance teams
???? Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Trello, or Asana
