AI Automation & GHL Agent Specialist

We are expanding our AI automation capabilities through a team of branded, intelligent, and highly customized AI Agents that streamline business functions, client support, and sales enablement.

We seek a tech-savvy AI Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) and a strong understanding of AI Agent setup, prompt engineering, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.

Role Overview:
You will take the lead in building, training, and optimizing AI agents using GHL’s AI Bot Goals, workflows, and automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with Coach Tamara to bring my AI Agents to life—supporting client delivery, sales, branding, and productivity across the business.

This role requires technical know-how, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of AI capabilities, conversational flows, and automation mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
???? AI Agent Setup & Training
Build and configure AI Agents using GHL's Bot Goals and AI tools.
Develop unique personalities, tones, scripts, and logic flows for each agent.
Train agents to respond contextually using custom data, business info, and client journey content.
Integrate voice assistants to support onboarding, intake, and FAQs.

???? Automation & Workflow Implementation
Design and implement advanced automation workflows using GHL (e.g., onboarding, lead follow-up, project updates).
Connect AI Agent workflows with forms, calendars, memberships, pipelines, and other GHL features.
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize automations for performance and accuracy.

???? AI Strategy & Prompt Engineering
Create and test high-quality prompts for customer support, branding, lead gen, and sales scenarios.
Continuously update agents with relevant business knowledge, SOPs, FAQs, and real-time updates.
Collaborate on conversation flows, fallback logic, and escalation processes.

????? System & Team Support
Document AI Agent processes and create SOPs and training materials.
Collaborate with the tech, content, and operations teams to align automations with business goals.
Stay current on GHL updates, AI enhancements, and automation best practices.

Ideal Candidate Has:
2+ years of experience in GoHighLevel automation and CRM setup.
Proven experience building AI Agents or Chatbots (GHL AI, ManyChat, ChatGPT, Botpress, etc.).
Familiarity with GHL Bot Goals, Custom Values, Triggers, and Custom Objects.
Strong understanding of AI prompt design, natural language flows, and training data optimization.
Background in automation, systems design, or AI-based CRM enhancements.
Tech-forward thinker with a process-driven mindset and great attention to detail.
Bonus: Experience with voice agents, Zapier, Integromat/Make, and API integrations.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with personal branding, coaching platforms, or service-based businesses.
Familiarity with client journey frameworks.
Ability to build visual diagrams or use tools like Whimsical, Miro, or L ---------- for conversation maps.
