About the Role:
We are a high-growth app studio generating millions in annual revenue. A key driver of our success is influencer marketing—we currently manage 250+ active partnerships across multiple apps. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team. This is a long-term opportunity with real potential for career growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day management of influencer partnerships

Track ongoing marketing campaigns and update team with key performance data

Review and provide feedback on creative content (e.g., video scripts, UGC posts)

Help source and reach out to new content creators to collaborate with our apps

Maintain clear communication with influencers via text, email, and occasional calls

Support various tasks within the social media and influencer marketing operations

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn

Confident communicator via chat and calls

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Experience in marketing, influencer management, or social media is a bonus but not required
