Key Responsibilities
• Design and layout 5 to 8 book summary documents each month using Adobe software.
• Convert “flat” book cover images into 3D versions for enhanced visual appeal.
• Format documents using established templates and export them as print-ready PDFs.
• Convert Microsoft Word documents into ePub and other eReader-friendly formats using specialized software tools.
• Create 10 to 12 promotional graphics per month, including
• Produce 10 to 20 marketing or website-ready images monthly, as assigned.
• Develop or update logos and branded letterhead materials as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in formatting documents for both print and digital platforms.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet monthly production deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and self-discipline to work independently.
Contract Details
• This is a contract position.
• Contractor agrees to work 160 hours per month.
• Paid bi-monthly (1st and 15th U.S. business day).
• Must provide your own computer and maintain appropriate tools for remote work.
• Soundview will provide access to appropriate software such as Adobe, Microsoft 365, etc.
