Customer Service Agent

The Role:
As our Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - helping them navigate orders, get answers, and feel supported on their wellness journey. Working independently and remotely during UK business hours, you’ll provide clear, empathetic, and efficient support through Richpanel and make smart use of tools like ChatGPT to keep things running smoothly.
You’ll need excellent written English skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. Whether someone’s asking about our ingredients, where their order is, or how quickly they can see results, you’ll be there to help.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling customer queries via Richpanel - from product questions to order updates - with clarity and care.


Using ChatGPT to draft high-quality, timely responses that maintain our brand’s tone: professional, approachable, and friendly.


Assisting customers with returns, refunds, or concerns, and following up to ensure they’re fully satisfied.


Managing open tickets, keeping response times low and customer satisfaction high.


Spotting common issues and sharing ideas for improving our customer experience.


Staying organized and responsive while working UK hours (GMT+1) consistently.



What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English, with excellent writing, spelling, and grammar.


2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or wellness.


Comfortable using Richpanel (or similar CRM systems) to manage support tasks.


Familiar with ChatGPT or AI tools to enhance response efficiency.


Able to work independently, manage time well, and stay on top of multiple tasks.


Naturally empathetic, solutions-driven, and professional in all interactions.


Consistent availability during UK business hours.
