Senior Video Editor (Lead Editor & QA) | UGC

About Us
We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand creating high-performing, scroll-stopping video content that drives sales and brand engagement. As our team grows, we’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to take the lead not only in editing high-quality content but also in ensuring that all videos meet our creative and performance standards. This role blends hands-on editing with leadership. You’ll be editing videos yourself while also serving as the final checkpoint for quality control, guiding our team of editors, and providing valuable creative input.

What You’ll Do
- Edit compelling, high-converting short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Lead the video QA process—reviewing team outputs, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring each video meets our standards for storytelling, pacing, and performance
- Collaborate with our marketing manager and creative strategist to bring scripts, ideas, and concepts to life
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple languages and voice-over variations
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices
- Help define and document editing workflows, style guides, and templates
- Mentor and support junior editors to help them grow and improve
- Contribute creative direction and ideation during campaign planning and brainstorms

What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in eCommerce, advertising, or digital content
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop are a plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools for voice-overs is a plus
- Strong portfolio of social-first, performance-driven video content
- Experience reviewing and giving feedback to other editors
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when working with multi-language video assets
- A keen understanding of what makes content engaging and high-converting
- Excellent sense of pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and work independently when needed

Work Schedule
- 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (PH Time)
- Monday to Friday
