I'm an entrepreneur based in Australia, launching two complementary businesses:

Neuro Productivity YouTube Channel: A soon-to-launch channel creating evidence-based productivity content grounded in neuroscience and psychology research. Our faceless, visually engaging videos will provide actionable productivity strategies backed by scientific studies, with plans to expand across multiple platforms.

Mental Wellbeing Journal Business: A print-on-demand venture focused on psychology-backed mental wellbeing journals designed to help people implement evidence-based productivity techniques.

Both businesses are fully prepared for launch with comprehensive strategies, branding, and systems in place. I'm now seeking the right partner to help execute these plans and bring these businesses to life.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join two businesses at their inception and play a crucial role in their development and growth. You'll gain valuable experience across content creation, e-commerce, and digital marketing while working with a structured, well-researched business plan.

As both businesses grow, so will your role, responsibilities, and compensation. This position offers excellent skill development and long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
YouTube Channel Launch & Management (50%)
Assist with launching our YouTube channel using established templates and systems
Research evidence-based productivity topics using scientific sources
Create professional visual assets using Canva Pro, following our brand guidelines
Independently assemble and edit videos in DaVinci Resolve using our production system
Generate and optimise AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs
Implement advanced YouTube optimisation strategies (titles, descriptions, tags, CTR)
Develop and execute a content repurposing strategy across multiple platforms

Print-on-Demand Business Launch (30%)
Design professional mental wellbeing journal templates and layouts
Create high-quality product mockups and compelling listings
Set up and configure e-commerce store with optimised settings
Develop comprehensive marketing materials for the product launch
Implement systems to monitor orders, inventory, and customer feedback

Website & Blog Setup (15%)
Establish WordPress blog with proper SEO configuration
Format and publish high-quality articles with visual enhancements
Implement advanced SEO strategies for organic traffic growth
Create professional graphics and visual elements for blog content

Administrative Support (5%)
Maintain detailed project timelines and content calendar
Organise and optimise research materials and digital assets
Track and analyse business metrics as we launch

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated experience with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
Proven proficiency with Canva Pro or professional design tools
Strong portfolio showing graphic design capabilities
Experience with YouTube content creation and optimisation
Thorough understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional workspace
2+ years of experience in relevant digital content creation roles

Technical Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional video editor
Proficient in Canva Pro with the ability to create custom designs from scratch
Understanding of audio processing and optimisation
Experience with WordPress setup and management
Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation
Ability to quickly learn and master new software tools

Highly Valued:
Experience with e-commerce and print-on-demand businesses
Background or interest in psychology, neuroscience, or productivity
Portfolio including educational content creation
Experience with content repurposing strategies
Project management skills and experience with productivity tools
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

TIME COMMITMENT:
15-20 hours per week to start
Potential to increase as businesses grow and generate revenue
Flexibility in scheduling with some overlap during South Australia business hours (at least 2-3 hours overlap for communication)

COMPENSATION:
Starting rate of $5-7 USD per hour based on demonstrated experience and skill level (Initial Weekly Hours 15-20).
Performance-based increases as businesses begin generating revenue
Bonus opportunities tied to channel growth and product sales milestones
Long-term growth in both hours and rate as businesses succeed

Step 2: Mini-Assessment Task
Qualified candidates will complete the following assessment:

Create a 5-minute video sample demonstrating:

A short segment explaining one productivity concept (choose from: Deep Work, Pomodoro Technique, or Implementation Intentions)

Your ability to create engaging, professional-quality educational content

Step 3: Interview Process
Initial video interview (30 minutes)
Skills discussion and portfolio review (30 minutes)
Paid test project (2-3 hours)
Agreement finalization
