A successful startup in the online marketing industry is looking for a long-term customer success manager to own a specific product eco-system and help our members with rock-star support.
*Responsibilities
Be an expert on everything related to our Pay Per Program, including training materials, marketing, technical issues, pricing, billing, etc.
Provide fast, to the point support, answering members’ question on how to use the program’s technology solution (usability issues), pricing & billing questions, marketing & training questions, and general assistance.
Work with our technology partner’s support team regarding technical and fulfillment issues, making sure you get fast answers from them, to provide fast answers to our members.
Work with billing and other departments as needed to provide a full and holistic support to program members on all questions.
*Requirements
Working hours 12pm-6pm Eastern US time
Fluent English written skills
Advantage - Fluent English verbal skills
Advantage – background in working in online marketing (e.g. Advertising, SEO, etc.)
