Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Content, Email, and Creative Support

I run multiple creative and business projects — from music and live gigs to a growing digital marketing company. I’m looking for a full-time virtual assistant (40 hrs/week) who’s organized, resourceful, and comfortable with content, outreach, and online tools like ChatGPT.

You’ll be working across both areas — helping me grow my music career while also supporting business lead generation and operations. This is a long-term role with huge potential if you're proactive and detail-oriented.

? Your Core Responsibilities:
Outreach for Gigs & Business Leads
Research and reach out to gig venues, event planners, and music bookers (especially in the U.S. and Ireland)
Research and reach out to small-to-mid-size companies (e.g., founders, marketers, or brands) for my other company
Keep everything organized in a spreadsheet or Notion
Follow up systematically and update outreach logs
Calendar & Meeting Management
Book meetings across both projects
Coordinate with contacts and avoid conflicts
Set reminders and keep my week running smoothly
Content Chopping & Posting
Take my long videos and turn them into short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
Write captions using ChatGPT if needed
Post daily on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Track what’s performing best
Logistics & Admin Support
Book flights or travel as needed
Help with music release uploads
Keep Notion + Google Docs tidy and up to date

? Must-Haves
Strong written English and attention to detail
Reliable and organized (this role involves juggling multiple priorities)
Comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar, Linkedin, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Canva, and basic editing tools
Proactive: I’ll train you, but I need someone who takes ownership

Have done outreach before (sales, booking, PR, etc.)
Know how to edit videos for TikTok or IG Reels
Have worked with creatives or startups before
